The Queensland Government is a proud partner of the Sustainable Homes program. The Queensland Government is actively promoting the benefits of ‘sustainable housing’ to the community and industry through its support of this program. The State agencies involved are the Department of Housing, Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Public Works.

The Department of Public Works is responsible for program management and administration, including individual project support.

Each State agency jointly provides program support, such as communication and design review, as well as providing specialist technical advice for projects.
